As as stated by “Patrick” in his customer review of “GMAM184, Pair of Joint Tubes”, I received only one pair when my order specifically was for two pairs since it was my intent to give additional tube(s) away. This has been resolved to my 100% satisfaction. I am a big fan of The Mule and have been supportive of Warren and the entire band for decades. I frequently choose to demonstrate my support of GM through the Mule Merchandise. It has been noted the products offered therein are most frequently, although not universally, worthy of patronizing and well thought out, designed and manufactured, also carefully packaged for shipment by Music Today. The MT customer service is quite customer oriented. Early on, I decided to demonstrate my support for the commercial efforts of the Mule by spreading the wealth to fellow followers of the Mule as gifts. The Joint Tubes are well designed and manufactured. The snapcap type top opens with ease, even when force is efficiently exerted by one’s index fingernail. One should remember, though, when subjecting the tube to ski lift temperatures that the thin gauge walls of the tube “might” split causing accidental breakage. Several times through usage, items that have become dear to me become broken through normal use and are found to being logically phased out of the Mule Store inventory and thus no longer available for sale. In the case of GMAM184, I suggest customers overbuy and store, out of extreme temperatures and sunlight, to ensure the existence and use of this product that will prove dear to the “Famuley”.
